Course Description:
This course is applicable to:
Time Ordered Agenda

15 minutes: Introduction to the program and discover the correlation between the brain and movement

30 minutes: Discuss three neurologically sound principles that have an impact on developing learning readiness skills/maturing the brain and body

30 minutes: Apply the principle of movement anchoring learning by discussing several purposeful, specific movements to use in any learning environment with students of all abilities
-
45 minutes: Learn and experience first hand developmental movements that can be done in short spurts of time with children to enhance neuro-physiological connections while increasing focus and attention
-
45 minutes: Build the correlation between foundational movements and literacy instruction by discussing input-rich instructional strategy and classroom activities

15 minutes: Question and Answer Session
