The course will clarify specific types of behaviors, help staff members identify triggers, and conduct beneficial observations, leading to the creation and implementation of productive behavior plans.

Learning Outcomes:

After completing this course you will be able to :

  • Learn how to create specific behavior plans for specific kinds of behaviors.

  • Help create a team work approach in the classroom along side the teacher (with out stepping on her toes)

Presenter Biography:

Adina Soclof, M.A., CCC-SLP

Elana Fertig, MS Ed is the Early Childhood Director at Yeshiva of South Shore for the last 20 years and was the EC Director at Prospect Park Yeshiva for the 3 years prior. She has worked as the Early Childhood Consultant at COJDS, and coordinates on going classes and workshops for Early Childhood Directors and Teachers. She is one of the founders of the Long Island- Yeshiva Early Childhood Network.
